Core Selling Points
1.Simultaneous Multi-Wire Operation: Processes multiple wire strands in parallel, addressing both efficiency and mass production demands.
2.Fully Automated Process: Executes the entire workflow—from wire cutting/stripping to tin dipping, terminal crimping, and rubber housing insertion—without manual intervention.
3.Intelligent Control: Includes a touchscreen interface for precise parameter settings, such as wire length, stripping length, and tin dipping depth.
4.Multi-Specification Compatibility: Adapts to various wire diameters and rubber housing models, ensuring flexibility for diverse production requirements.
Product Advantages
1.Efficiency: Handles multiple wires in a single batch, achieving processing speeds 5–8 times faster than manual operations.
2.Precision: Maintains a mechanical operation error of < 0.1mm, guaranteeing high consistency in terminal crimping and rubber housing insertion.
3.Cost-Effectiveness: Reduces labor dependency, lowering long-term labor and consumable costs.
4.Convenience: Equipped with casters and a storage cabinet for easy mobility and storage; the spool feeding rack supports multiple wire spool types.
Usage Instructions
1.Feeding Preparation: Mount the wire spool on the top feeding rack, load the rubber housing into the right-side feeding mechanism, and connect multiple wire strands to the left-side wire splitter.
2.Parameter Setting: Input process parameters (e.g., wire length, stripping length, tin dipping time) via the touchscreen.
3.Start Operation: Confirm smooth operation of all mechanisms, then press the start button. The crimping into housing and dipping tin machine will automatically complete the full process: wire cutting → wire stripping → tin dipping → terminal crimping → rubber housing insertion.
4.Finished Product Collection: Retrieve processed wire harnesses from the discharge table.
5.Maintenance Tips: Regularly clean residual solder from the tin dipping mechanism and inspect the wire splitter and rubber housing feeding track for smooth operation.
