Operating Instructions
1.Material Preparation: Load the wire spool, connector housing hopper, and sheath hopper into their designated positions on the automate singe cable into jacket and into housing machine.
2.Parameter Setting: Enter parameters such as wire specification and sheath size via the touchscreen interface.
3.Commissioning & Test Run: Activate the "test production" mode to verify connector housing insertion depth and sheath fit on the first product.
4.Batch Operation: After confirming parameters are correct, switch to "auto mode" for continuous automatic insertion processing.
5.Daily Maintenance: Clean residual materials from the hoppers after daily production, and regularly maintain the conveying rails and positioning fixtures to ensure optimal performance.
